Finansförbundet is looking for a Membership Coach

Finansförbundet is Sweden's largest trade union in banking and finance, located in modern offices right next to Globen. We are now looking for a motivated and social student for the role of Membership Coach starting in February or March. Apply for the role today!

ABOUT THE POSITION

Finansförbundet has a broad insight and establishment within the financial world. Currently, it consists of 38 dedicated employees located on the 10th floor in fully renovated offices right next to Globen. They now want to expand their team with a few students who will focus on member contact over the phone and activities at companies.

Tasks

Warm calls to potential members
Participate in activities at various companies
Welcome calls to new members and follow-ups

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

We are looking for someone who has at least two years left in their studies and is looking for a long-term assignment to grow in. As a person, you are social and can easily express yourself in both Swedish and English, and you enjoy the idea of working with the phone as your primary tool. To be long-term in the assignment, we also believe that you have an interest in either labor law, union relations, or the finance industry. To be considered, you should also be able to work about 2 days/week from Finansförbundet's offices at Globen.

Requirements:

Language: Swedish (fluent in speech and writing) and English (fluent in speech, good writing)
Education: Post-secondary studies with at least 2 years left until graduation

Meritorious

Previous experience working with the phone. If you have prior experience in sales, it is a plus
Interest in or previous experience working in trade unions or non-profit organizations
