Here at Solhöjden Södra, there are eight residents per unit. Solhöjden is a place where we collaborate for those we are here for. Our facilities are modern and functional, we have a large indoor courtyard and a fantastic view.

Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Working hours are based on agreement.

Job Responsibilities

We offer you a meaningful and stimulating job where you will help our tenants with all common daily tasks such as personal hygiene, medication, exercise, cooking, and cleaning. The job also involves contact with relatives. Your mission is to work person-centered together with your colleagues based on our tenants' individual conditions and needs.

Qualifications/Education

We are looking for someone with good social skills who enjoys collaborating with others. You must be good at handling and assessing different situations and act responsibly and independently within the framework of our political mission and the intentions of the social services act. We value engagement and participation that constructively contributes to improving operations. You should work from a salutogenic perspective.

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has equivalent work experience. Flexibility, a positive attitude, good initiative, and the ability to see the whole picture are required. Particular emphasis will be placed on documented good references and personal suitability.

Before an employment offer, an acceptable extract from the police authority's criminal record must be presented.
