Join our new team of nursing assistants and specialist nursing assistants focused on person-centered care to provide the best care for our clients.

Skogstorp's care and nursing home is a brand new facility set to be completed in spring 2026. The residence consists of three floors, with 48 apartments on the upper floors dedicated to care and nursing, and 14 apartments on the ground floor for respite care and associated day activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant with us, your main responsibilities will be to provide person-centered care and support to clients in their daily life situations according to assistance decisions. In this role, you will have delegation, work with documentation, and create implementation plans. Cleaning common areas to maintain a pleasant environment is also part of the job.

We work based on a person-centered approach where the client is at the center, and their abilities and resources are utilized. The execution of our services is planned together with the client, and we always try to take their wishes into account. We are eager to be attentive and respect personal integrity.

You will be a key person in a newly formed team where we care for each other. With humility and flexibility, we support each other with our expertise.

The position is a rotational job primarily scheduled for night shifts. This means that most shifts are scheduled at night. Depending on the needs of the operation, and to ensure a sustainable work environment and good health, working hours may also be scheduled for day and evening shifts. This means that work at times other than night may occur as part of the job rotation. Scheduling is done in accordance with applicable working time regulations, the needs of the operation, and in dialogue according to established processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. It is beneficial if you have experience working in elderly care, preferably with dementia in a facility or home care.

We seek an empathetic person who easily connects with others and can adapt to different clients' needs. It is important that you are attentive and respect personal integrity. You have a positive outlook and the ability to see the big picture. You are curious and want to help develop the operation. We appreciate good collaboration skills and a strong sense of service in your relationships with colleagues, clients, and relatives.
