The Role of Care Assistant with Us

In the role of care assistant with us, you are responsible for providing care and social support tailored to each resident's individual needs. By offering a responsive and professional approach, as well as planning and implementing daily activities, you contribute to creating a safe and pleasant environment for the residents.

For us at our care and nursing home, this means that we, with great responsiveness and commitment, provide each resident with the care and support they need, based on individual needs and according to approved decisions. We focus on our residents while working closely together.

Your schedule will include days, evenings, and every other weekend.

Your Profile

You are a person who enjoys working with people. You contribute to the experience of safety through a reliable and professional approach. You are comfortable handling technical solutions in your daily work and have the ability to create participation in everyday life for those we are here for. As a person, you thrive in a flexible work environment and can quickly adapt to changing circumstances. Personal suitability is of great importance.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a trained or studying care assistant
• expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a permanent position with placement according to agreement.

Within the Administration for Care & Support, all employees in home care and care and nursing homes are employed at 100% employment rate, but employees have the opportunity to reduce their desired employment rate based on the needs of the operation.
