Nybloms Papper was founded in Kalmar and is a full-service provider of consumables with a wide range of products including packaging, workwear, cleaning materials, and office supplies. Nybloms Papper currently has about 45 employees and operates in several locations. In Östergötland, you will collaborate with another colleague, and together you will be responsible for the Östergötland area. Nybloms aims to be the best option on the market through good service, actively working towards a single goal: to make their customers satisfied.

As a salesperson at Nybloms in Motala, you will primarily work with the sale of packaging materials and packaging solutions tailored to customer needs, as well as office supplies, workwear, etc. The role involves working through the entire sales process, which means planning customer visits, receiving and creating orders, as well as creating and managing quotes. In this role, you will be based in Motala and have Östergötland and Sörmland as your areas of responsibility. Since the work takes place throughout Östergötland, you will have access to a company car.

A typical workweek is characterized by variety and combines both inside and outside sales work. You will work systematically with prospecting, contact new customers, maintain relationships with existing customers, and plan and follow up on customer meetings. Simultaneously, you will conduct customer visits in the field with both new and existing customers, focusing on creating business relationships, identifying needs, and developing collaborations. The role entails a flexible working style where office work and customer meetings create an effective and dynamic workday.

You have previous experience in sales and a solid understanding of the entire sales process. It is advantageous if you have previously worked with products in packaging and office supplies.

To succeed in the role of salesperson at Nybloms, we see that you are an engaged and driven person who thrives in a varied and independent role. You are used to taking initiative and are unafraid to make new contacts. You have good computer skills and previous experience with business systems. A B driver's license is required for the role.

Language: Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
