Operations

We are looking for two nursing assistants for Home Care. We are looking for someone with previous experience in care and support. It is important that you enjoy taking responsibility and can work independently as we often work alone. The working hours are during the day, evening, and weekends.

Job Responsibilities

The job as a nursing assistant with us involves providing support and service based on the individual needs of the user and ensuring that the user receives good care. The work involves interventions at the user's home. Main tasks include assisting with personal care such as showering, toilet visits, meals, etc., based on individual needs, performing health and medical interventions, carrying out service tasks such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, etc., as well as working and documenting in various systems.

Qualifications

Applicants should be trained nursing assistants with certification of protected professional title, have experience in care and support work, and possess a B driver's license. You must have a good command of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form to communicate with users and other staff and to document what the operations and work require. We conduct language mapping before employment.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their profession and wants to deliver good care and service. Much of the work is done alone, so it is important that you are responsible, attentive to individual needs, and able to quickly adapt and prioritize according to current conditions. You should also have a good demeanor and a strong empathetic ability. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working Hours/Duration

The positions are full-time and permanent. Start date according to agreement. Interviews may begin before the application period has ended.
