In the role of Site Manager, you will be the hub of our operations. You will be responsible for driving profitability and quality in daily work while nurturing and developing our collaborations with clients and insurance providers.

• Operational overall responsibility: You lead and coach our team leaders and other colleagues in sales, customer service, and admin to achieve set goals.

• Partner relationships: You work closely with our partners in daily operations to ensure the highest quality and delivery according to agreements.

• Business development: You identify and implement improvements in processes, systems, and work methods to maximize efficiency.

• Culture & Leadership: You shape our work culture and ensure that we maintain our high energy and professional level.

To succeed in this role, we see that you are a person who combines business acumen with a coaching leadership style.

• Experience: You have worked in a leading operational role within the contact center industry for the past two years.

• Industry knowledge: You have a good understanding of telemarketing, the customer journey, and the requirements within the insurance or finance industry.

• Results-oriented: You are used to steering towards KPIs and have documented experience of achieving strong results through others.

• Relationship builder: You are skilled at communicating and collaborating with external partners and clients in a professional manner.
