Brasserie Astrid is seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager for our bar. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the bar, staff management, beverage development, and ensuring a first-class guest experience in line with our profile. You will work closely with the kitchen and service management to create a seamless flow between food, drink, and ambiance.

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, inventory, orders, and cost control.

• Lead, coach, and schedule the bar team; conduct orientation and training for new hires.

• Develop and update the drink menu, cocktail concepts, and beverage pairings in collaboration with the head chef.

• Ensure high service standards and professional bar techniques during all shifts.

• Actively work on sales, upselling, and guest relations to increase revenue and guest loyalty.

• Follow alcohol and safety regulations, as well as responsible serving procedures.

• Manage inventory control, cost tracking, and collaborate on orders to optimize margins.

• Participate in staffing during peak times and serve as support and a role model in service moments.

• Several years of experience working in a bar/professional beverage environment, preferably with previous leadership experience (2+ years as a manager/supervisor is a plus).

• Good knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, as well as experience in drink development and recipe documentation.

• Experience in inventory management, ordering procedures, and cost control within bar operations.

• Knowledge of regulations regarding alcohol service and experience working responsibly with this.

• Strong communication skills and experience leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in Swedish; English is a plus.

• Flexibility in working hours with the ability to work evenings and weekends.
