About the position

As a store/warehouse salesperson at Konradssons Kakel, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inspiring environment. The onboarding process spans several months to provide you with a thorough introduction to both the product range and working methods. Through continuous training characterized by learning by doing, you will have the opportunity to build expertise in ceramics, waterproofing, and tiling products and develop into a knowledgeable advisor for Konradssons Kakel's customers.

Responsibilities

In the professional store, which is adjacent to the warehouse, you will meet both new and returning craft customers daily. This is an important customer segment where you are expected to deliver high service and a professional, friendly approach both at the customer counter and over the phone.

You will be responsible for receiving and managing orders as well as providing advice on Konradssons' entire product range. The role also involves active work with upselling, where customer satisfaction and business acumen are the focus.

In addition to customer work, other warehouse tasks such as incoming and outgoing deliveries, handling complaints, and checking incoming goods are also included. The work takes place in a warehouse environment and therefore involves heavy lifting and forklift driving.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you are service-oriented, structured, and enjoy working in a customer-facing environment. You have previous experience from a similar role and feel comfortable working in sales. Furthermore, you have good IT skills and find it easy to adapt to new systems.

A B driver's license is required for the position, as well as fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Recruitment process
