Traneberg is a care and nursing home with 44 places for people with dementia diagnoses.

We have three nurses responsible for each department. The work is scheduled during daytime, Monday to Friday. On public holidays, evenings, and weekends, healthcare services at the residence are provided by a nursing on-call service.

Our operation is based on holistic thinking, openness, respectful treatment, and responsibility. The elderly person's integrity and right to make decisions are obvious prerequisites for our work to ensure that the elderly feel involved in their daily lives and in their care. We place great importance on a good reception of the elderly and their relatives in various meetings. We work in multiprofessional teams and take part in the elderly's life stories to create security, meaning, and a sense of coherence. We strive for good relationships with relatives and see them as a valuable resource in our work, thus placing great importance on a good reception of the elderly and their relatives.

Your role

As a nurse, you are responsible for health and medical care for residents and collaborate with the various professionals present in the unit. As the nursing responsible nurse, you have a supervisory role. You are responsible for 15 residents. The tasks are customary for a nurse in a care and nursing home for people with cognitive impairments. Documentation is done in Stockholm City’s documentation program Vodok, and it is a requirement that you have good experience with the system.

Your competence and experience

You are a licensed nurse and have experience in elderly care for people with cognitive impairments. You are accustomed to documenting in Vodok. You have good knowledge of documentation and experience from working with national quality registers such as Senior Alert, BPSD, and the Palliative register.

It is an advantage if you have specialist training in elderly care or are a Silvia nurse, as well as if you have worked in the digital round system Collabodoc and the digital signing system Appva.
