With us, you will play a key role in specialist psychiatry, where every patient meeting is an opportunity to make a difference. In our dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will work with structure, quality, and evidence-based care – where your skills both develop the care and create the best possible outcomes for the patients.
Working as a psychologist at WeMindThe psychologist's role at WeMind is central to ensuring our patients receive evidence-based care processes and regular follow-ups. You will work with various psychiatric diagnoses treated within specialist psychiatry, primarily focusing on assessment, individual and group-based psychological treatments, as well as neuropsychiatric evaluations. We work with measurement-based care, where treatment is followed up with validated rating scales together with the patient. This increases participation and allows for individualized treatment that adds value for the patient. Follow-ups are conducted digitally to reduce administrative burden.

About youLicensed psychologist, preferably with experience in psychiatry
Strong interest and education in CBT for various psychiatric diagnoses.
Experience and interest in neuropsychiatric evaluations and personality assessments
You want to work broadly within psychiatry and thrive on structure, evidence, and systematic follow-up. You work independently, take treatment responsibility, and plan and organize your work well. At the same time, you value collaboration, actively contribute your expertise, and want to help develop the organization in a learning and supportive work environment.
