The Operations
We are looking for substitute staff for night shifts in our elderly care services, which include Hemgården, Klockarbergsgården, and home care. Hemgården is a special accommodation for elderly persons with two somatic departments and a short-term department. Klockarbergsgården is a dementia care facility with three departments. Home care is a night patrol.
Job Responsibilities
Working as a nursing assistant/care assistant with us means providing support and service based on the individual needs of the users and ensuring that the user receives good care. The work involves interventions both in the user's home, in special accommodations, and in short-term accommodations.
Qualifications
You must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment. We want you to be a nursing assistant or have extensive experience in care and nursing. A B driver's license is required to work in home care.

You are flexible and enjoy having varied tasks. We place great importance on personal suitability; you have an empathetic approach and find it easy to create and maintain good relationships. As a person, you are attentive, positive, and proactive. You have the ability to focus on the user and communicate clearly; you also appreciate collaboration with others. For you, all people have equal value and should be treated with respect.
As we have documentation requirements, written procedures, and instructions, as well as verbal reporting in care and nursing, it is important that you can express yourself fluently in Swedish, both in speech and writing. A language assessment will be conducted before employment.
Working Hours/Duration
Employment as needed. Interviews may be conducted continuously during the application period. Start date by agreement.
