Job Advertisement: Nurse in Support Services and Elderly Care

Job Responsibilities

In the role of nurse, we emphasize the importance of working preventively to promote the patient's health and well-being. The work is conducted in close dialogue with the patient and relatives, where you shape good and safe care. A particular responsibility lies in planning, following up, assessing, and addressing healthcare interventions. You will be responsible for assessments, documentation, and registration in various quality registers. We document in the journal systems Cosmic and Lifecare.

You will be part of the LSS team together with a nursing colleague, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You will also collaborate with your colleagues across the entire HSE area.

In the evenings and on weekends, you will work with the entire target group of the healthcare unit.

The position also includes supervision of students and nursing staff. As a nurse with us, you are an important ambassador for inspiration, motivation, and engagement.

Your tasks will include working with other actors, and you will have close collaboration with, among others, health centers, relatives, and staff in the patient's environment.

Qualifications

  • Licensed nurse.
  • Knowledgeable about current legislation and focused on patient safety.
  • Good IT skills in documentation and quality work.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Possess a B driver's license.

As a person, you are engaged and have a positive attitude. You are solution-focused while being flexible and able to work independently. You have good communication skills.

Meritorious:

  • Experience working in the area of support services/LSS.
  • Experience working with psychiatric patients.
  • Training in low-arousal approaches.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. We welcome candidates with experience collaborating with other actors around the patient and working closely with the patient as a unit manager and staff in the area of support services.

Conditions

Full-time. Permanent. Weekly working hours 38.25 hours. Day, evening, and weekend shifts are included.
