JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for two nursing assistants to join our fantastic team at Boklunden's nursing home.

We always start from the individual wishes and needs of the residents. With us, you will perform varied tasks such as person-centered care, service tasks, and delegated health and medical care tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have an education equivalent to a nursing program. We need to see your certificate for a protected professional title during the recruitment process. Experience or further education in any area of care is an advantage.

Experience working with elderly people and individuals with cognitive impairments and memory issues is also an advantage. In your work, you are present and focus on the individual’s needs based on a salutogenic work and approach. The role includes solo work at night and work in different units.

You have a genuine interest in people, a developed sense of good care and the individual’s integrity, and you have a good approach.

You are responsible, goal-oriented, and believe it is important to have good relationships with residents, colleagues, relatives, and management. We also believe that you have a positive attitude, are engaged, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You see opportunities rather than obstacles and have a good ability to communicate in speech and writing. You are proud to work as a nursing assistant and are eager to bring new ideas and thoughts to our operations!

Great importance is placed on personal suitability. As we help each other between departments and units, high demands are placed on flexibility. The work includes social documentation in Lifecare, and basic computer skills are a prerequisite for the job. You must be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and follow routines to maintain good hygiene and a safe working environment.

The positions are offered as a six-month probationary employment with the possibility of permanent employment.
