Description of Harvik Care

Harvik Care is a residential care facility for individuals with mental health issues and comorbidities such as substance abuse and/or somatic illnesses. We welcome both men and women over the age of 18 who need assistance according to the Social Services Act. Our goal is to provide our residents with a meaningful everyday life in a safe environment.

Job Description.

The position involves being actively involved in the care and daily lives of the patients. More concretely, this takes the form of standard nursing assistant tasks. We constantly strive to place the residents' needs at the center and provide them with good care, maintain good medication adherence, and promote a positive living situation.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has a respectful and caring approach. You are a confident and responsible person. Furthermore, it is important that you have a good ability to assess, act, and find solutions to arising problems, as well as the ability to prioritize as the work varies in difficulty regarding situations, individuals, and pace. We want you to be flexible and able to work both independently and in a team.

The positions include either day and evening shifts or night shifts on weekdays and weekends, according to a schedule, part-time.

One person is also needed 100% during the day for four weeks in the kitchen, which can be part of the temporary position or a standalone temporary position.

You have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Nursing assistant training is an advantage.

Salary

Hourly wage according to agreement, collective agreement exists.
