We are now opening the door for two new team leaders who want to grow with us and help shape the future of Specialist Dental Care at Kaniken! The current team leader is retiring, and we are expanding the team with another key person for the operation.

Our operations and your mission

Specialist Dental Care Kaniken provides highly specialized dental care and collaborates with healthcare services. Here you will find the units for endodontics, oral prosthetics, dental physiology, and periodontology co-located in a clinic with a shared clinical management, together we are about 55 employees.

As a team leader with us, you are an important part of our daily operations. You work closely with both employees and the operations manager and become a central key person in creating structure, coordinating work, and ensuring that our processes function effectively. The role includes, among other things, that you:

• Lead and coordinate the daily work at the clinic.
• Follow up on staffing, routines, and workflows.
• Actively contribute to developing work methods and participate in change work.
• Work closely with the operations manager and be a link between management and staff.
• Ensure that patient focus and quality permeate everything we do.

We want you to be educated in the dental field. We see that you have leadership experience. We offer a permanent position within your dental profession with a fixed-term appointment as a team leader.
