Role Description
You will be part of a broad team of specialist technicians who restore technical equipment after damage caused by, for example, fire or water.
Here, you will help ensure that affected companies quickly return to normal daily operations.
As an Arepa technician, you will troubleshoot, disassemble, clean, reassemble, and test electronic and technical equipment.
This role involves travel with overnight stays mostly in Sweden and our neighboring countries, but travel occurs worldwide. Overtime and weekend work may also occur, with good opportunities for recovery afterwards! AREPA strives for a good working environment and we take care of our employees, who are our most important resource.
As a technician, you are our most important representative with our customers. The job involves a lot of customer contact, often with people who are in an unusual and stressful situation, so your social skills and ability to meet people are crucial for functioning in the role.
You will belong to one of two AREPA centers in Sweden.
As a new employee at AREPA, you will receive thorough training in the tasks involved, most of the training takes place on projects, either in our workshop or at the customer's location. Internal training is provided continuously.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is technically and practically inclined, preferably with previous experience in electrical and machinery
- Has a positive attitude and solves problems that arise
- Enjoys traveling, about 100 travel days per year
- Has basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Holds a valid driver's license B
- Has very good Swedish skills, good English skills. Additional language skills are an advantage
After the training period, you will be part of the on-call team, we have on-call duty approximately every 6 weeks according to a rotating schedule, on-call compensation is of course provided. AREPA is open 24/7, all year round!
