We need to expand our team with more trained specialist nursing assistants/Silvia sisters who want to work with us.

Our goal is good care and individualized support for the elderly, and by working in a team with nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and care staff, we collaborate around the elderly to achieve this. The operation is managed by two unit managers who provide close leadership.

Kulltorp is a care and nursing home with 28 somatic places and 28 dementia places, as well as 14 short-term care places. Kulltorp is located by Tantolunden with proximity to train and bus connections.

Your role

We are now looking for someone who enjoys working with people and taking responsibility for good care work in the unit together with the rest of the team. With us, you will work as a nursing assistant on a rotating schedule with day/evening and weekend every other week, and you will always have several colleagues on site.

Your qualifications and experience

Requirements for education as a specialist nursing assistant with a few years of experience. It is an advantage if you have worked with the journal system ParaSOL, but it is not a requirement. You must master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
