We are divided into two regional operations: LVH Orthopedics and LVH Surgery/Urology/Ear Nose Throat. However, we work in shared facilities and have a strong collaboration between the orthopedic and surgical clinics.

The clinic includes both surgical urology and orthopedics. Currently, there are 4 nurses working in orthopedics, 6 nurses in surgery, and 2 nurses in urology. In total, there are currently 6 nursing assistants in the entire clinic.

We are now looking for a nursing assistant for a summer substitute position in 2025, full-time until 2025-08-31. Start date is according to agreement.

Job Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant, you will work with:

• staffing our sample collection, taking blood samples from patients during their visit to the clinic and prior to surgery
• Other overarching tasks across the entire clinic are also included in the job responsibilities.

Our nursing assistants at the clinic work closely with patients and play an important role in patient flow and patient contact so that we can succeed as a team in our mission. We apply an individual onboarding plan.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who

• is a trained nursing assistant
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you

• have experience in clinic work and/or sample collection
