JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sörgården is a special accommodation with 37 places. We place great focus on the individual care recipient, and therefore you must have a strong commitment and respect for dignity and integrity. You are confident in your professional role and enjoy taking responsibility. As our employee, you make a difference every day for our care recipients.

At Sörgården, we work with a focus on the care recipient through a fixed care contact and close collaboration between different professions. The job includes nursing work, delegated health and medical care tasks, documentation, and special responsibility for one or more areas of responsibility that we will jointly determine based on your interests and prior knowledge. We continuously work to improve our operations through dialogue both during planned meetings and spontaneous conversations. With us, it is important to focus on solutions and not problems and to want to contribute to a good work environment. We believe that a smile and a good laugh have positive effects on both staff and care recipients.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, has high social competence, and enjoys collaborating with others. You take significant personal responsibility, are flexible, and constantly seek effective solutions. We would like you to contribute your own ideas and help drive our quality work forward. Resilience and the ability to independently prioritize between different tasks are necessary.

To be considered for the position, you also need to have an approved nursing education.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Nursing assistant education or equivalent care and nursing education.
Experience: Experience working in elderly care or similar healthcare operations.
Language: Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Personal qualities:
Empathetic and respectful in interactions with the elderly.
Responsible and meticulous.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Meritorious:
Experience working in special accommodations.
Knowledge of dementia care and palliative care.
Experience with documentation in digital journal systems.
