The Care Administration is looking for a nursing assistant for Tärnegården elderly care home with immediate start.

The position is a permanent full-time role and the work involves day, evening, and weekend shifts. There is an option for a lower employment rate.

Tärnegården elderly care home consists of three housing units, two with somatic focus and one for people with dementia.

Responsibilities

It is essential that you have the ability to see the whole picture around each guest. With us, you are offered a flexible job based on a professional approach that allows the guest to be at the center.

Your tasks include care work based on individual needs and health and medical tasks according to instructions or by delegation from occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nurses. Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant with a genuine interest in working with people and are creative and attentive.

Requirements for the Care and Nursing Program or training as a nursing assistant that the employer assesses as equivalent. Approved grades in Swedish 1 and social studies at the high school level. An advantage is if you have training and/or experience working with people with dementia.

Great emphasis is placed on good teamwork skills, experience in care and nursing work, and personal suitability. You should also be calm, positive, and able to work independently under responsibility. You have good skills in speaking and writing, good computer skills as documentation and the establishment of IBIC implementation plans are an important part of the work.

Requirement that you have a protected professional title as a nursing assistant or are covered by the transitional provisions to be offered the position.

Conditions

Monthly salary and other employment benefits according to the applicable collective agreement. Tanum Municipality strives for a smoke-free working environment.
