Warm welcome to our digital meeting for nurses on February 23 at 5:00 PM for the position of nurse in basic home healthcare at our unit in Farsta.
The information meeting will be held by unit manager Lena Karbing and deputy unit manager Ia Westerberg, who will tell you more about the operations, the role, and what it means to work with us.

About the positionA nursing role with responsibility and varietyBe a central link in the team
Combine clinical work with leadership and administration
Contribute to the development of routines and working methods
Have close collaboration with health centers and Aleris call center
Work according to a rotating schedule (day, evening, and weekend)
Assess referrals in consultation with the deputy unit manager
Collaborate with health centers and ensure relevant patient information
Be responsible for the nurse's phone
Perform planned and urgent home visits
Ensure safe and secure care in the patient's home
Licensed nurse
At least 4 years of work experience
Driver's license (B)
Previous experience in home healthcare is an advantage
