JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The city of Mölndal is looking for you as a nurse for a substitute position within care and support. With us, you will have a meaningful assignment with variety. In your role as a substitute nurse, you will have a flexible job where you can influence how much you are available for work. There is an opportunity to work at different times of the day, such as day, evening, weekend, and night. With us, you will work across the entire care and support sector, both within elderly care and support for individuals with disabilities. We offer you an introduction with individual guidance.

In your role as a nurse, you will work based on the organization's goals and be responsible for assessments and planning of care needs independently. You will work consultatively, health-promoting, and preventive, and contribute to collaboration around the individual patient. For us, it is important to work person-centered and to see the patient and their relatives as an important resource. It is essential that you can create security and safety for the patient and deliver your services with quality.

In your work as a nurse, you will work independently but will also be part of a team with nursing assistants and care aides.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. A B driver's license and very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing are required for the position. If you have experience working in municipal healthcare, it is considered an advantage. You will also need a valid criminal record check and basic digital skills.
