We at Attendo are now looking for a licensed nurse for our facility Attendo Vårdbo in Vallentuna. Vårdbo Vallentuna is a small family-oriented residence with 33 places distributed across 3 dementia wards and 1 somatic ward.

About the role

We are looking for nurses who can work on an hourly basis during spring and summer. As a nurse with us at our residences, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for the residents, but you will also be the one making assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more specialized healthcare interventions are taking place at the residence. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. You have a leadership role with great opportunities to influence the operations.

As a nurse within Attendo, you are significant and your competence is highly valued. You are part of the team that works to empower the individual.

Main responsibilities

• Medication management

• Teamwork with other professional categories

• Supervision of nursing staff

• Documentation according to applicable legislation

• Assessment of patients' health status

• Prepare and administer medications

Who are you?

As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating nursing staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated by creating high-quality care for those who live with us together with your colleagues.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse

• At least three years of professional experience

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

• Driving license B

It is an advantage if you also have

• Experience from work within private care services and elderly care
