JOB DESCRIPTION

As a nursing assistant, you will perform regular tasks within elderly care. An important part of the job is to create a meaningful everyday life for each individual, where you consider each care recipient's individual needs and conditions.

You will work based on contact person responsibility and implementation plans and have close collaboration with other professional categories such as rehabilitation staff and nurses. The work includes documentation and performing health and medical tasks on delegation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• Care and nursing program or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
• Good computer skills
• You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Furthermore, we see that you want to work with development and have a solution-focused mindset, enjoy working in a team where the individual is at the center.

Meritorious:

• Experience in elderly care
• Good knowledge of documentation, BPSD, IBIC, and LifeCare (documentation program).
• Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Before an employment offer, an acceptable extract from the police's criminal record must be presented.

The position involves working hours during the day, evenings, and weekends.
