Our client is one of the leading producers of hygiene products and consumer goods in the Nordic region. In Hosjö, they operate a modern and high-volume production facility where quality, speed, and precision are the focus. We are now looking for a dedicated and responsible machine operator who wants to become an important part of their team. You will be employed by Manpower and work on assignment for our client.

Location: Hosjö, Falun

About the role

As an operator, you will work in a hygienic production environment where the pace is high and the days vary. You will be responsible for ensuring that the machine produces according to plan, keeping track of multiple tasks simultaneously, and staying one step ahead in production.

You will work closely with a colleague, but it is important that you can operate the machine independently when your colleague takes a break. The role requires focus, initiative, and technical interest.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and adjust machines in production
• Ensure that materials are replenished on time to avoid downtime
• Follow quality routines in a hygienic environment
• Ensure that the machine produces according to orders and production plans
• Document operations and manage returns of packaging in digital systems
• Collaborate with colleagues and support the team

Working hours - 2 shifts

• Morning shift: Monday-Thursday 06:00 - 15:00, Fridays 06:00-14:05
• Evening shift: Monday-Thursday 14:55 - 00:30

The shifts rotate according to a schedule.

Requirements

• Forklift license A1-4, B1
• Driver's license and access to a car (important as shifts end when public transport may not be available)
• Good digital skills - you will work in order and machine systems daily
• Ability to maintain a high pace and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Hygiene-conscious and meticulous
• Technical interest and willingness to learn the machines in depth

Offer

What differs is that you are employed by us but work on various assignments for our clients.
