About the Company

PVI Hydroforming AB is located in Vansbro and has a rich history in high-tech steel manufacturing, with a long tradition in the engineering industry dating back to 1899. We stand for reliable deliveries of high-quality products and continuously work on constant improvements and new technology to create sustainable and competitive processes. Our main customer is in the automotive industry, which places high demands on quality, precision, and efficiency. Since 2006, we have integrated hydroforming into our operations, which, in addition to hydroforming processes, also includes laser welding and laser cutting. Your Responsibilities

As an operator at PVI, you will work in our production with a varied machine park ranging from fully automated to more manual stations. In this role, you will be responsible for machine monitoring and production, perform setups and simple adjustments, and carry out quality controls and measurements. You will also work with troubleshooting and actively participate in improvement work. As an operator, you are an important part of a well-functioning production flow where you ensure that our products maintain the right quality and are delivered on time. The working hours are mainly during the day, but shift work may also occur.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is quality-conscious, responsible, technically skilled, and has an eye for detail. To succeed in the role of assembler and industrial worker, we believe that you have:

• Experience from industry or production (meritorious)
• Are structured and meticulous
• Are quality-conscious and responsible
• Have a positive and engaged attitude
• Are curious and want to develop
• Have a B driver's license

For the role, good collaboration skills and an awareness of working efficiently are also required. Great emphasis is placed on personality and willingness to learn.
