Assembler with experience in industrial assembly and welding

Your tasks

As an assembler at IMUS, you will work with industrial assembly, maintenance, and service to the process and power industries, primarily focusing on hydropower in this role. You will be part of an experienced team consisting of seven other assemblers and report directly to the team leader.

Examples of tasks:

• Assemble and join components and parts into finished products.
• Weld and process materials.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Carry out renovations and upgrades of all types of sluice gates.

Travel is included in the position as we work at the larger hydropower plants. The area of work extends from the Lule River down to the Ljusnan. This position is based in Central Sweden with many ongoing projects around the large rivers in Värmland and Dalarna. The team leader is located in Rättvik.

Your background/Your qualities

To be the right fit for the role, we see that you have experience in industrial assembly and welding. You have a good ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and has a strong sense of quality. You are used to working in a team and have good communication skills. A B driver's license is a requirement.
