About the job

As an assembler at Sepson, you will work with assembling hydraulic winches and related equipment. You will be responsible for printing out drawings, checklists, and other documentation needed for the assembly.

Since we deliver our products to the automotive industry, high demands are placed on quality, and quality control of assembled products is therefore part of the job.

Order and tidiness at the workplace are part of the work with us. You are responsible for maintaining a structured and clean workplace where tools, materials, and documentation are handled systematically. This is important for us to maintain our quality standards.

The work may sometimes consist of other tasks than assembly depending on needs.

Your role includes:

• Assembling winches and larger systems with related components according to drawings and instructions.

• Ensuring quality through control of your own work and reporting.

• Handling tools and lifting equipment safely and correctly.

• Working for high delivery precision through collaboration, quality thinking, and order in the assembly.

Your profile:

We are looking for someone with experience in mechanical assembly. You should be able to read and follow technical drawings. You have good technical skills, an interest in practical work, and how things work. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

You should be responsible, diligent, and have a good work ethic.

You take responsibility for your work and ensure that it is performed correctly.

Lifting equipment is used in the work, but you should still be able to handle heavy parts.

Language requirement – good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to read assembly instructions and follow procedures and regulations.

Forklift and overhead crane licenses are advantageous.
