The Position

You will work in our production with the manufacturing of eyeglass lenses in one of the production steps that occur to create a finished eyeglass lens.

The first step is the manufacturing of the lens itself (also called RX). The lenses can then be dyed, surface treated (hardened through lacquering and anti-reflective treatment in a high vacuum process), ground (shaped and mounted in the eyeglass frame), and not least quality control.

It can be said that the position is initially a trainee position. It takes about 1.5-2 years before you are ready to work completely independently in one of our areas. There is much to learn in everything from production technology to product knowledge and materials, where each order is a unique solution.

Internally, we believe that we make the coolest products in the world with advanced machines for generation, polishing, high vacuum treatments, etc., BUT with a touch of craftsmanship in certain moments.

After an initial introductory training in each department, you will be placed in a department.

You will work with everything from production preparation to actively participating in the actual production. Initially, you will handle simpler tasks that will gradually build up until you are a full-fledged member of the production team in the relevant department.
