Do you want to be part of our wonderful cleaning team and clean for our customers while leading the cleaning staff? Älvis Städ is now looking for experienced and competent cleaners / cleaning leaders.

Älvis Städ primarily operates a cleaning business focused on both the private and public sectors.

You will be an important part of our future, where you contribute as the face of our company to our customers, which means you help contribute to the company's quality and customer satisfaction.

We provide cleaning services to businesses, municipalities, organizations, and private customers. We offer individual services to customers, as well as package and industry solutions for larger assignments.

Qualifications & personal qualities

• We are looking for someone with 1 - 3 years of experience in cleaning and who enjoys working independently and in a team.
• Driven to provide the best possible service.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and punctual.
• Has a positive attitude.
• Driver's license B is an advantage (company vehicles are provided).
• Experience is a requirement, and training in e.g. stair cleaning, window cleaning, move-out cleaning, and deep cleaning is an advantage.

• Conditions: Full-time or part-time
• Salary: Collective agreement salary (fixed monthly, weekly, or hourly salary).
• Employment period: As agreed
• Workplace: In Umeå and surrounding areas
• Working hours: Flexible working hours depending on customer preferences.
• Work clothes/equipment: Provided by the employer.
• Position: Is a permanent position, with a 6-month probationary period starting as agreed)
