ABOUT THE WORKPLACE

The cleaning section is divided into six geographical areas and consists of about 160 employees. Our mission is to conduct professional and efficient cleaning that contributes to a good indoor climate, the right cleaning standards, and a cost-effective operation.

We are now looking for 2–3 cleaners for temporary positions. The positions include a longer parental leave replacement based in Boliden from May 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, as well as one or two shorter temporary positions based in, among others, Moröbacke, with varying lengths of up to approximately 11 months.

Placement and scope may vary based on the needs of the operation.

YOUR ROLE

As a cleaner, you are responsible for performing daily cleaning as well as periodic cleaning with good quality according to current cleaning routines. The work also involves handling various cleaning machines and materials safely and correctly.

The work is largely performed independently and requires you to plan, prioritize, and take responsibility for your tasks. At the same time, you are part of a team where collaboration and dialogue with colleagues are an important part of everyday life.

The role is mobile and varied and can at times be physically demanding. Rotation between different workplaces and a flexible working method are included in the assignment.

YOUR COMPETENCE AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and wants to work with service and cleaning. You are meticulous in your work and have a professional attitude towards customers and colleagues. To succeed in the role, you need to be able to work independently based on given routines, have a good ability to collaborate with others, and have a stable foundation to handle changes and a varying pace of work. You have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. A driving license is a requirement. Professional certification from SRY (the Service Industry's Professional Board) or previous experience in cleaning is an advantage.
