What Does the Job Involve?

The days are varied with a great opportunity to contribute to people's quality of life. As a home cleaner, you will perform cleaning and service tasks based on the customer's individual needs and wishes. The most important thing is that you enjoy building relationships and are good with people.

What Background Do I Need?

For some, this may be a great chance to get a first job, for others, it may be about being tired of their current industry and wanting to do something meaningful, and for a third, it may be a longing to continue in cleaning but change employers. There is no right answer – we recruit people who have a solution-focused attitude, empathetic values, and want to grow with us.

So Does It Matter If I Have Relevant Experience?

Yes, of course, we see it as a positive if you have worked as a cleaner or in care and done it well! Education and/or experience in cleaning, preferably home cleaning, moving cleaning, and window cleaning are meritorious but not required.

Isn't It Very Tough to Work as a Home Cleaner in Care?

It can absolutely be, and that is how the development in care generally looks. That was also one of the reasons we started in 2013, with a conviction that we can do things a little differently and continuously improve the operations with a focus on those we are here for – the elderly. And how do you do that? By taking care of your employees, of course. That is why it feels extra rewarding that we received 9 out of 10 in pride for working at Aleva and 9.5 out of 10 on the question of whether our customers would recommend us to a friend. Here you can see the full results from our customer and employee surveys.

About Us

Aleva is a growing company with big visions. We want to create the future of care through innovative thinking and a clear focus on living – not just surviving. To fit in with us, the most important thing is that you are unpretentious, engaged, and have a genuine desire to work with people. We have a personal atmosphere with short decision-making paths and the opportunity for great freedom under responsibility.
