Right now, we are looking for engaged team leaders for our service hosts in the service pool. Are you the one we are looking for?

YOUR ROLE

As a team leader for our service hosts, you have a central role in ensuring that the daily operations run smoothly and that our guests feel welcome from the very first moment. You lead the work in the service pool, which includes the café, rentals, and children's activities. This means that you both support and participate in the daily work – from selling snacks, ice cream, and light lunches to ensuring that pedal boats, bicycles, and other equipment are in good condition. You also staff our children's and youth houses and contribute to a safe and fun environment for our younger guests.

You plan and introduce summer staff together with the operations manager and are responsible for staffing, cash handling, and quality in all daily activities. In the café operations, you handle food safety checks and ensure that routines are followed. You also make sure that the area is pleasant and that equipment is safe and documented according to routine.

You are responsible for arranging and conducting activities and entertainment for children, and you collaborate with both internal colleagues and external partners to create the best possible service experience. Working hours are scheduled up to 100%, and you will work both evenings and weekends.

YOUR COMPETENCE AND EXPERIENCE

To succeed in this role, you need to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, as you will meet guests from many different countries. Additional language skills are an advantage as they can further enhance the hospitality.

We prefer that you have experience in service professions and preferably previous leadership experience. It can also be experience from working with youth in associations, sports, or educational activities – experiences that show you can lead, motivate, and create safety in groups. This is important as you will be leading a group of younger service hosts daily and need to be able to support them both in high-paced and quieter periods.

As a person, you are driven by providing service and creating positive experiences. You are proactive, responsible, and enjoy solving problems even when there is a lot to do. You also need to be structured and solution-oriented to manage everything from staffing to quality routines in a safe manner. A B driver's license is required as the role may involve transportation between the facilities.
