Then we have the perfect job for you. We are now looking for a sales associate who wants to be part of the team at Specsavers in Linköping Tornby. The position is a permanent employment at 75% with a 6-month probation period. Start date is immediate or as agreed. The store's opening hours are weekdays 10:00–20:00 and weekends 10:00–18:00. We follow the collective agreement of Handels. Work is done according to a rotating schedule with shifts on weekdays and every other weekend. Your responsibilities You do not need any previous experience in optics – we provide you with a solid introduction through practical training in the store combined with digital education. After the introduction, you will become an important part of the customer experience in the store, where you welcome customers, explain the importance of eye examinations, and tell them about Specsavers' concepts and offers. You help customers find the right frames, lenses, or contact lenses based on the optician's recommendations and ensure that every customer leaves the store satisfied and eager to return, while also being an ambassador for Specsavers' goal of making better eye health accessible to everyone.
