As an architect at Ritningen, you will work with design and planning in various construction projects. You will have an active and operational role in the assignments and follow the projects through several phases, from idea, tender documents, and construction drawings to completed construction. The role involves independent responsibility in projects as well as handling/project management of projects. You will drive several projects simultaneously and lead the dialogue with clients, ensuring quality and progress in the deliveries. You will work hands-on with the planning while coordinating with other consultants and stakeholders in the projects. The assignments are characterized by close customer relationships and often a comprehensive responsibility, which requires both creativity and a technical understanding of construction, as well as good communication and accountability. Your task is to translate the client's needs into feasible and sustainable architectural solutions from the first idea to the completed building. Your profile To succeed in the role of architect at Ritningen, we want you to be a qualified architect with several years of work experience, with significant familiarity in design and the confidence to take responsibility in assignments. You have broad experience and enjoy working on different types of projects of varying sizes. Experience in driving projects, having management responsibility, or being project responsible is particularly relevant. You have good experience with 3D design and have previously worked with Autodesk Revit and Autodesk CAD, where you are comfortable producing drawings and technical documentation yourself. You enjoy having continuous dialogue with clients and can translate needs and requirements into feasible architectural solutions, as well as explain and anchor your proposals clearly and convincingly. Mandatory requirements for the position: • Education Architect SAR/MSA • Several years of work experience as an architect • B driver's license • Good knowledge of Autodesk Revit • For this position, you must undergo and be approved according to current regulations for security protection, which may require certain citizenship Desirable qualifications for the position: • Experience working with culturally historical buildings • Broad design experience across different sectors.
