We are now looking for several service-oriented Car Rental Agents (Customer Sales Representatives) for our largest rental station at Arlanda, who want to be part of an exciting everyday life where no day is like the other.

We are looking for both full-time employees and part-time staff as needed, as well as summer staff, where you can specify what suits you best in your application. Flexibility towards our customers is very important to us, so working hours will vary every day of the week between 06:00-23:00.

About the role

As a Car Rental Agent with us, you have a central role in the customer's overall experience – from the first contact and car handover to return. Your mission is to create a smooth, safe, and positive rental process where both the customer and the car are in focus.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Handling bookings and customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Renting cars and preparing rental agreements
• Receiving and delivering cars and planning the station's available fleet
• Cleaning, preparing, and handling minor damage to vehicles
• Ongoing administration related to the business

Perhaps you have previously worked in service, sales, hotels, restaurants, retail, or transportation. A requirement for the position is a valid driver's license (B) and proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Furthermore, we believe you are an administrative star with an aptitude for learning new systems.
