We at Eccera are looking for an Account Manager for our operations at our new, beautiful office in Solna.

Start: by agreement 
Extent: Full-time, on-site office hours. 
Location: Stockholm/Solna 

Your responsibilities
The role is sales-oriented and the work is 100% focused on sales. As an Account Manager, your main task will be to independently acquire, drive, and develop business. A key part will be new sales, and you are expected to create openings to new exciting customers. You will work with both large and small customers and projects where assignments vary from support technicians to other senior IT roles.

The position entails responsibility for your customer portfolio, budget, and your own customer relationships. It is important that you have a high level of activity, are goal-oriented, and customer-focused. To succeed in the role, you also have a good ability to build relationships and always put the customer first. Upselling to existing customers is also one of the key activities.

We are looking for someone who

• is currently working in sales within B2B or equivalent, preferably in the IT industry 
• has the right attitude, drive, and social skills
• is goal-oriented and willing to fight to achieve results
• has an interest in doing business and building good relationships with customers 
• is a humble team player as collaboration with other salespeople / consulting managers / recruiters is necessary

In addition, you have a B driver's license, good knowledge of Swedish, basic knowledge of English, and some post-secondary education in technology / IT / sales or equivalent.

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
