About the role
As a Service Advisor, you are the link between the customer and the workshop. Your mission is to ensure high quality at every step, meet customer needs, and contribute to efficient and profitable workshop operations.
You work in a service team that collaborates in daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction from drop-off to pick-up. Your responsibility as a Service Advisor includes managing the reception of the vehicle, communication with the customer while the vehicle is in the workshop, and any changes to the booking. You are also responsible for handling leads in Scania's digital environments and ongoing invoicing of workshop jobs.
Here, you will work in a technically advanced environment where your understanding of vehicles, structure, and the whole is crucial for creating the best possible solution for the customer.

- We believe in growing together – both as a team and as individuals.
Who are you?
You have a good technical understanding and thrive in an environment where structure, quality, and accuracy are crucial. At the same time, you have a strong customer focus and are driven to find solutions that create value – both for the customer and the business.
To succeed in the role, we see that you:
- Have technical understanding and experience with heavy vehicles
