We are looking for Baristas and Shift Leaders who want to spread coffee joy every day!

As a Barista at Espresso House, Sweden's leading café chain, you will be part of a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Of course, you will be part of a fantastic team where we have fun behind the bar. Your primary task is to offer our guests a coffee experience that exceeds their expectations!

As a Shift Leader at Espresso House, you will perform all the tasks that a Barista does, but the role also involves responsibility for and planning of daily operations together with the Coffee Shop Manager. Your goal as a Shift Leader should be to develop and grow within Espresso House. It is therefore advantageous if you have worked in a café/restaurant or have similar experience and have good knowledge of the industry and are used to working irregular hours.

We are currently looking for you who want to work with us this summer! These positions will be filled in June and will last throughout the summer until August.

Positions we offer over the summer:

• Shift Leader at 20h/week
• Barista at 5-15h/week

The job as a Barista requires no prior knowledge; we train our new employees to become Baristas! To start working as a Barista, you need to be of legal age. If you are underage, you can instead apply for the position of Host; keep an eye on the website when new positions are posted. It is advantageous if you have previously worked as a café assistant, store assistant, or in service.

In the role, you will make delicious drinks, prepare and serve snacks. You will ensure that the shop is welcoming, clean, and tidy as you would like it to be. And you, together with your colleagues, will make sure that you have a good time behind the bar!
