The LSS unit is part of the Social Administration, and we are now looking for a Personal Assistant for one of our users.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a personal assistant, you will support a person with a disability in their daily life. This may involve assisting with personal care, household chores, communication, and accompanying them on activities outside the home.

The position is primarily as a personal assistant, but work in other LSS operations may occur.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Formal education is an advantage but not a requirement. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, and experience from previous work in personal assistance is an advantage. You are calm, attentive, responsible, reliable, and show respect for others' privacy. You have experience working with people, preferably as a personal assistant or in similar professions. You master Swedish in both spoken and written form. We highly value your life experience and personal suitability.

The most important thing is that you have the right attitude, previous experience, and an interest in helping others.

A driver's license is a requirement.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:

• Permanent employment, a probationary period may apply.
