Exciting Transformation Journey in Car Sales
We are embarking on an exciting transformation journey. The way we sell cars is evolving, and we want to stay ahead. We are expanding our team in Linköping and are looking for someone who wants to help increase our new car sales and be an important part of an engaged team.
Here, you start from scratch and build your business long-term. Nothing comes for free, but for the right person, all opportunities are available.
About the Role
This is an active and proactive sales position. In the beginning, it’s about creating your own customer base.
You will, among other things:
- Work proactively with new car sales.
- Contact customers and tailor your approach to each individual.
- Process customer lists and prospects.
- Build relationships with our workshop customers.
- Be active where the customers are – in the showroom as well as out in the city.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being in motion and prefers to take initiative rather than waiting for something to happen.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is social, curious, and comfortable meeting people. You take responsibility for yourself and your surroundings. You are open to new ways of working and contribute energy, ideas, and a positive attitude. Most importantly, you have drive, a bit of grit, and want to make deals.
We believe that you:
- Have experience actively contacting customers
- Do not hesitate to take the first step in dialogue and are comfortable building relationships via phone, other channels, and in person
- Have good system and computer skills
- Have a B driver's license for manual cars
- Have good Swedish in speech and writing and basic English
