About Ljung & SjöbergLjung & Sjöberg specializes in preventing, detecting, and managing alcohol and drug problems, gambling addiction, and codependency in the workplace.
For over 20 years, we have supported HR, managers, and employees in creating safe and sustainable work environments - with a focus on change, responsibility, and care. Ljung & Sjöberg was founded from personal experiences and a shared insight that many managers find themselves alone in difficult situations, without the right support to act. This became the starting point for our work - to provide employers with knowledge, courage, and structure to handle dependency issues in a thoughtful and effective way.
Job Responsibilities
As a sampler, you will conduct drug tests at companies on assignment. The drug testing methods offered by Ljung & Sjöberg are urine, saliva, and breath tests. The drug tests are conducted according to chain of custody with strict routines and current regulations in workplaces. We provide training.
Drug tests are conducted every day of the week and at all times of the day.
The number of samplings varies depending on the number of clients in the geographical area you operate in. In this case, it involves 1-2 occasions per month. Working hours are arranged in consultation with the client and the sampler. There is an opportunity to influence working hours. Sampling occasions with short notice may occur, so it is good to be flexible.
QualificationsDue to the nature of the assignment, we see that you as a person have the following qualities:
You have the ability to work independently and are outgoing. It is important that you are structured, efficient, and stress-resistant. You are used to handling people, are confident and clear in your communication. Integrity is a guiding principle for you.
Requirements - At least a high school education
- Ability to handle digital technology and have computer skills
- Languages - Swedish and English
- Driver's license B - own car
