Student Assistant in Data Analysis with Summer Job Opportunity June–August

Do you want to apply your studies in practice and gain experience in analytical work within an organization that plays a central role in the energy system? We are looking for a curious and driven student who wants to work part-time during the semesters and continue with us as a summer employee between June and August.

Your Task

As a student assistant with us, you will work closely with our data analysts and contribute to several important initiatives. You will, among other things:

• Develop analyses to understand customer consumption patterns
• Investigate how customers adjust their consumption based on contract type
• Compare actual consumption with subscribed capacity for our high-voltage customers
• Follow up on finances, project status, and other key business metrics

You will receive support from experienced colleagues and have the opportunity to drive your own projects. Therefore, we value that you are confident in presenting and discussing your results.

Your Team

You will be part of the Customer and Business department, where business analysts, product owners, and customer managers work. We are a total of 13 employees and have a warm and supportive culture where you quickly become an important part of the team. Here you will have the opportunity to grow, learn, and contribute meaningfully.

Your Competence

You are in the midst of your university education and want to develop by working practically with data analysis. To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• Experience with Python for data analysis, preferably with Spark and/or Pandas in Jupyter Notebook
• Basic understanding of and interest in energy systems
• Meritorious: experience with Microsoft Fabric and data visualization in Power BI

We believe you are someone who takes initiative, drives work forward, and enjoys solving problems together with others. Your communication skills enable you to create and maintain relationships both within and outside the team.

The start date will be determined in dialogue during the recruitment process. As a student assistant, you need to be able to work an average of about 15 hours per week during the semesters. The summer job is full-time and runs from June to August, with the possibility of taking a few weeks of vacation during the period. If you have the opportunity to continue as a student assistant from September to December, that is seen as a plus.
