Responsibilities and Tasks

Do you want a varied, social, and stimulating job? Then the position of caretaker at our rental properties in Kristianstad might be for you!

As a caretaker, you are one of those who work closest to the customer and operate within our rental properties. You work independently and have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work. The role involves daily operations and work with maintenance and care of our rental properties.

Your tasks will consist of:

  • Continuous rounds in our own properties
  • Problem-solving and independent execution of repairs (e.g., minor repairs, changing faucets, locks, clearing blockages in drains, etc.)
  • Ordering contractors/suppliers
  • Quality controls as well as key/tag management and name changes
  • Active work with goals and action plans
  • Showing apartments and garages
  • Administrative tasks such as invoice management, request for quotes, reporting, participating in maintenance planning, communicating with tenants, etc.

Experience

We are looking for someone with a few years of work experience in a similar position. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of ventilation and/or plumbing. You should have a valid B driver's license and be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since there are quite a few administrative tasks, it is important that you are computer literate and have an interest in administrative work.
