Service Technician at BMC

Operational Support is the Medical Faculty's common support and service organization.

We provide coordinated and needs-based support to the faculty's operations in several different areas – contributing to a well-functioning everyday life for research, education, and administration.

Operational Support consists of five departments: Library, Centre for Comparative Medicine, Local Services (technical and service), Local Planning (property and safety), IT, and the University Veterinarian. There is also a staff and a health, environment, and safety team that coordinates the faculty's work in these areas.

The Local Services department is responsible for technical support and services at BMC (Lund) and CRC (Malmö). The department's mission is to execute maintenance, property management, and deliver established services to the faculty's own operations (e.g., administration and departments). The department also works with preventive and corrective maintenance and receives fault reports and orders from the operations within its area of responsibility.

Within Operational Support, we value a good working environment with respect and consideration in our relationships with each other.

We are now looking for a new service technician for the Local Services department based at BMC in Lund.
