Are you a service-oriented security technician looking for your next challenge? We are currently seeking a driven security technician for our client in Helsingborg!

About the position

As a security technician, you will have a developing and responsible job. You will work independently with varying tasks such as deployment, repair, and troubleshooting of security solutions at the customer's site.

Other common tasks include:

• Service and instructing customers in the use of their equipment.
• Identifying potential shortcomings and improvement opportunities based on customer needs.
• Building and developing customer relationships daily, as well as working towards upselling.
• Installation of burglary alarms, access control systems, fire alarms, and CCTV.
• Daily contact with our customers.

You will be responsible for executing each assignment according to our high standards of quality and safety. The job involves both technical problem-solving and extensive customer interaction.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with good experience in service and a few years of experience as a security technician or fire alarm technician. You likely have an education in electrical engineering or technology. We see that you are an engaged, attentive, and results-oriented person with a positive and solution-oriented attitude, as well as a good ability to build and maintain relationships. Furthermore, it is essential for you to perform each assignment with the highest quality and safety standards.

The position requires a B driver's license.
