Your Responsibilities

As a substation assembler, you will work with the assembly and installation of technical solutions within electrical and power distribution. The role involves both workshop work and field projects, where you, together with colleagues, build, install, and quality assure electrical panels, substations, and other technical facilities. You will participate in the entire process from assembly to final installation and commissioning, and work closely with project managers and technicians to ensure high-quality work. The position also involves troubleshooting, adjustments, and practical problem-solving in a varied and technically evolving environment.

Your Background

We are looking for someone with previous experience in assembly or installation work, preferably within electrical, industrial, or mechanical fields. You are practical, technically inclined, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. The ability to read drawings and understand technical documentation is a significant advantage. You are meticulous, responsible, and have a structured approach to your work. Experience from workshop or fieldwork is an asset, but most importantly, you have the desire to develop and learn new tasks.

Qualifications

We prefer candidates with a high school education in electrical, technical, or mechanical fields, or equivalent work experience. A driver's license (B) is desirable as travel may be required in the position. Experience working with low or high voltage equipment is advantageous, as are relevant safety training certifications. You should have good tool skills and a strong sense of quality and safety in your work. Personal qualities such as teamwork, commitment, and a positive attitude are highly valued.
