Personal Service Technician - Light Commercial Vehicles

About the Position

As a Personal Service Technician, you are responsible for the entire service process – from the first meeting to the completed vehicle and payment.

You are responsible for troubleshooting, service, and customer dialogue, ensuring that every customer has a personal and smooth visit with us.

In this role, you will be the face of our corporate customers and their work vehicles.

At the Renault workshop, we work with Renault/Dacia passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, engaged, and always strives to deliver world-class service. You work in a structured manner, follow routines, and adapt easily when plans change. You have a positive outlook, good teamwork skills, and always put the customer first. We prefer candidates with experience in modern automotive technology and a strong interest in vehicles.

Qualifications

✅ High school diploma - preferably in automotive technology
✅ At least a B driver's license
✅ Good computer skills
➕ Experience in similar work is a plus
