Job Responsibilities

As an administrative strategist with us, you will be a key person in our strategic work. You will lead the administration's processes for operational governance, review, and goal follow-up. The role also involves conducting qualified investigations, for example regarding strategic operational and local planning, as well as analyzing economic and personnel conditions to drive operations. You will also handle motions and audit reviews. You are responsible for producing decision-making materials that give the political leadership and administrative management the opportunity to make well-founded decisions. The assignment requires a good ability to design projects, collect data, analyze statistical materials, write reports, and communicate decisions.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in social sciences, preferably in political science, law, economics, or another academic degree combined with work experience that the employer deems relevant. You have several years of experience in qualified investigative and analytical work. It is an advantage if you have experience working in municipal operations with development, planning, and follow-up work. You express yourself well in speech and writing and can present complex issues clearly and structured.

Your Personal Qualities

As a person, you are structured and analytical with the ability to see the big picture and find solutions to complex issues. You are communicative and collaborative, confident in the role of presenter, and used to initiating and leading projects. You have the courage to think outside the box and the drive to turn ideas into smart solutions that renew processes and create sustainable results.
